My Story

After more than a decade managing large-scale government and nuclear projects, I realized how much precision, communication, and foresight can impact a project’s success. My experience taught me that every detail, from tender documentation to site coordination matters.

When I later served on a condominium board, I saw firsthand how easily boards could be taken advantage of due to limited technical knowledge or lack of project oversight. That experience opened my eyes to a serious gap in the industry: condo boards and property managers needed a representative who understood both sides the construction process and the board’s fiduciary responsibility.

That realization led to the creation of TCRam Consulting. Drawing from my experience managing complex, high-security projects and working directly with numerous condominium corporations, I now help boards and managers plan, review, and execute their projects with the same level of professionalism and structure used in high-value institutional environments.

But more importantly, my goal is to educate and empower. I want boards, managers, even business owners to understand what to look out for, to recognize warning signs, ask the right questions, and confidently navigate contractor proposals and project phases. I act as their direct representative, not a middleman for contractors or vendors. My loyalty lies entirely with the client. Through every project, I aim to provide clarity, protect budgets, and ensure decisions are made with full understanding and confidence.
