About Costin Ramniceanu

After more than a decade of managing large-scale government and nuclear projects, I learned how much precision, communication and foresight can affect a project’s success. My experience taught me that every detail matters, from tender documentation and budgeting to scheduling and site coordination.

When I later served on a condominium board, I saw firsthand how easily boards can be placed at a disadvantage due to limited technical knowledge or a lack of independent project oversight. That experience highlighted a significant gap in the industry: condominium boards and property managers needed a representative who understood both the construction process and the board’s fiduciary responsibilities.

That realization led to the creation of TCRam Consulting. Drawing on my experience managing complex, high-security projects and working with condominium corporations, I now help boards and property managers plan, review and execute projects using the same level of structure and professionalism expected in high-value institutional environments.

More importantly, my goal is to educate and empower my clients. I help boards, property managers and business owners recognize warning signs, ask the right questions and confidently navigate contractor proposals and project decisions.

I act as a direct representative of the client, not as a middleman for contractors or vendors. My responsibility is to provide clarity, protect budgets and help clients make informed decisions throughout every stage of a project.
